TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products (scales, printers, scanners, and POS equipment) from ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, making an inquiry, or completing a purchase, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and accept and agree to these Terms.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in the description, specifications, and images of our equipment. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Customers are advised to verify specifications before ordering.
3.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the final price charged, excluding shipping and taxes (where applicable). We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. ORDERING AND CANCELLATION
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing/description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4.2 Order Cancellation
Cancellations requested by the customer are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched for shipping. Once an item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
5.1 Shipping Policy
All aspects of shipping, including estimated delivery times, tracking, and charges, are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (courier). Customers are advised to inspect the packaging upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage (as outlined in the Shipping Policy).
6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
6.1 Product Warranty
All electronic and POS equipment (scales, printers, scanners) is sold with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions set by the original manufacturer. We act as a facilitator in the claims process.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased equipment, except where such exclusion is prohibited by Pakistani law. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We honor returns primarily for items that are Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
