ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of scales, printers, scanners, and POS equipment purchased from ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS across Pakistan.

2. ORDER PROCESSING
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Given the nature of our equipment, some specialized items may require longer processing times, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your order has been placed and verified. A separate notification will follow when the order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
- Verification: Orders, particularly those placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or those for high-value equipment, may be subject to phone call verification before dispatch.
3. SHIPPING COVERAGE AND RATES
- Domestic Shipping: We ship our equipment to customers across all major cities and accessible locations throughout the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and destination of the equipment (scales, printers, etc.). The final shipping fee will be calculated and clearly communicated to you during the order placement process.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping services.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our partner courier services.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, security conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges faced by the courier. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will be provided with a Tracking Number and the courier company’s name. You can use this information to track your shipment’s progress directly on the courier’s website.
6. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
- Inspection: Upon receiving the parcel, customers are advised to inspect the packaging for any signs of tampering or severe damage before signing the receipt.
- Damaged Goods: If you believe the package is damaged, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) so we can initiate a claim with the courier.
- Delivery Attempts: The courier will typically attempt delivery 1-2 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the package may be returned to our address. The customer may be liable for re-shipping charges in such cases.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
