RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS
We are committed to providing high-quality scales, printers, scanners, and POS equipment. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are here to help.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are primarily accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA): The product must be defective or damaged when you receive it.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong model of scale or printer).
- Time Limit: The request for a return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused (beyond testing for defect), with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty seals intact.
Note: Returns due to “change of mind” are typically not accepted for technical equipment.
2. WARRANTY RETURNS
If a product develops a fault after the initial 7-day period but during the stated warranty period, the issue will be handled under the specific product warranty terms (repair or replacement). Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included with your item.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return or exchange process, please contact us immediately to receive an approval and instructions:

Please include the following mandatory information in your request:
- Your Order Number and Date of Purchase.
- The Product Name/Model being returned.
- A detailed description of the Defect or Damage.
- Photographic/Video Proof showing the defect or damage to the product and its packaging.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Shipping Address: Muhallah bakar basti ward no.14 gujar khan district Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
- Cost: If the item is confirmed to be Defective or Incorrect upon validation, ABID SCALE INNOVATIONS will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions for return shipping will be provided upon approval.
- Risk: The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for the return shipment. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received at our address and validated by our technical team as Defective or Incorrect:
- Refund Approval: The refund will be processed promptly.
- Payment Method: Refunds will typically be issued using the same method of payment used for the purchase (e.g., bank transfer for COD orders or reversal for digital payments).
- Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund amount to be credited after the return has been approved and processed.
6. EXCHANGE OPTION
If you prefer an exchange for an identical, working unit (for defective items) or the correct product (for incorrect shipments), we will prioritize shipping the replacement item once the original item is received and the defect is verified.
